The Challenge
Omniconvert’s Explore platform was outdated and felt inconsistent compared to Reveal platform that had been recently redesigned. The platform suffered from poor usability, creating a fragmented user experience, making it difficult for users to navigate seamlessly across platforms.
Understanding the problem
Right from the beginning, aligning with stakeholders on objectives was essential to ensure the redesign met business goals. At the same time, I analyzed the current platform to identify usability issues and areas for improvement. Leveraging an existing design system, I adapted the interface to maintain a consistent look and feel across both platforms, ensuring a seamless and unified user experience.
